Environmental Law Paper Presentation

1. Environment Law Forum-University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, College of Legal Studies DehraDun, Uttarakhand is organizing a paper presentation on “Adequacy of Environmental Legal Framework in Indian Tourism Industry”, on 23rd February 2013 during the IGNITE Festival being conducted in the University.
2. The paper should deal with a critical analysis of various international and national laws, policies, guidelines, rules & regulations governing the various aspects of the environmental and social impacts suffered by the physical, biological and socio-cultural environment due to the unplanned tourism.
3. The papers are selected based on the criteria such as effectiveness of the legal solution(s)
